Snorkelling is a safe and fun watersport that everyone should try at least once! You will enjoy the feeling floating on the water surface while enjoying the corals and fish swimming around. It is a wonderful feeling!

INTRODUCTION
Thousand Islands or Pulau Seribu is the name given to the many tropical islands scattered in the Bay of Jakarta. But only very few people know, that here are exactly 110 islands only, that together form a District, encompassing the Pulau Seribu National Marine Park in the province of Jakarta. This cluster of islands forms a splendid nautical getaway that ranges from a mere half hour to a three hours’ boat ride from the north coast of the capital city.
Here, around 20,000 people live on 11 islands only, while all others are either uninhabited, are privately owned or are a restricted nature sanctuary. The islands are a snorkeling haven and watersports playground in particular for the inhabitants of the metropolitan city. During holidays, domestic tourists throng to the islands to have fun under the sun on these many recreation islands.
DAY 1: ARRIVE JAKARTA
Pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel.
DAY 2: JAKARTA – THOUSAND ISLANDS (PULAU PRAMUKA) (B,L,D)
After breakfast, head to Marina Ancol for our transfer to Pulau Pramuka at 8 am. The journey to the island will take about an hour. Reach homestay, check-in and rest. Lunch will be ready at 11.30 am. After lunch, at 1 pm, we will head out for snorkeling at the sites around the island. We will be back on the island before sunset. Dinner at 7 pm. Free program afterward.
DAY 3: SNORKELING (B,L,D)
Early wake up for sunrise (optional). Breakfast will be ready at 07.30 am. After breakfast, prepare ourselves for snorkeling! Today we will snorkel at 2-3 sites – depending on the weather. Before returning to the homestay, we will stop at Nusa Keramba, a restaurant above water, for the view. Back to homestay, free program until dinner time.
*There are many snorkeling spots around the island. The boat captain will decide on the spots based on the weather.
DAY 4: PULAU PRAMUKA – JAKARTA (B,L)
After breakfast, we will explore Pramuka Island – the sea turtles and sea horses sanctuary. Also, go kayaking or canoeing. Then, back to homestay and prepare for check out. Lunch at 12 noon, and we will return to Marina Ancol at 3 pm. Reach Marina Ancol around 4 to 5 pm, and transfer to the airport.
