HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT
There are two payment options available at the moment:
1. Bank transfer
2. Online Remittance – Wise or Panda Remit
Not all currencies are available for now. You can make payment using your debit or credit card via Wise or Panda Remit (you need to create an account).
Bank and card fees are around 2.6%-3% of the total amount applied (to be borne by customers). However, it is lower than other online payment platforms in the market. To calculate the fees, please go to the Wise calculator.
When you book with us, you are deemed to understand our terms and conditions.
WHAT TO DO AFTER PAYMENT
After booking and payment are completed. We will add you to the group chat and notify everyone once the trip has met the minimum number of pax and proceed with all the necessary booking and arrangements.
If we fail to meet the minimum number by the deadline, we will offer to still proceed with the trip with the cost or package adjustment or we will fully refund the amount to all participants. We will seek for participant’s approval either way.

In Eazy, there are only two groups of people: new friends and friends. If you are new to Eazy, don’t worry! We are only friends that you haven’t met! ;)
